Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Listpad (the “Service”), available at listpad.xyz. By using the Service, creating an account, submitting a token, posting content, or purchasing a paid service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Listpad.
1. What Listpad is
Listpad is a multi-chain crypto token listing, discovery, and information platform. We are not an exchange, broker, wallet, custodian, or token issuer. We do not hold your funds, execute trades, or sell tokens. Information on Listpad is for general informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. See our Disclaimer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these Terms. You may not use Listpad if doing so is prohibited by the laws of your country, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not create multiple accounts to abuse features (for example, to farm referral rewards, votes, or boosts). We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Listings & submissions
Tokens may be submitted by community members, project owners, or other users. By submitting a token you confirm you have the right to do so and that the information is accurate. A listing does not mean Listpad endorses, verifies, recommends, or guarantees the token, its team, liquidity, price, or safety. We may review, edit, reject, hide, or remove any listing at our discretion.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you post (posts, replies, comments, profile details). By posting, you grant Listpad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content on the Service. You are solely responsible for what you post and confirm it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law. We may remove content at our discretion.
6. Paid services
Listpad offers optional paid services such as Boost, Sponsor / Promote, and Verification (Audit / KYC badges). These increase visibility or display submitted proof — they are not an endorsement, a guarantee of safety, or financial advice, and they do not guarantee any price, volume, or outcome. Purchases are governed by our Payment & Refund Policy. We may decline, cancel, or remove any paid placement that breaks these Terms.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: post scams, fraud, malware, or illegal content; impersonate others; manipulate votes, trending, or rankings; spam; scrape or overload the Service; attempt to gain unauthorised access; submit tokens designed to defraud; or use Listpad for any unlawful purpose.
8. Third-party data & links
Prices, charts, market data, security checks, and similar information come from third-party sources and public blockchain data. We do not guarantee their accuracy, timeliness, or availability. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for them.
9. Intellectual property
The Listpad name, logo, design, and software are owned by Listpad and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works of the Service without permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Crypto assets are high risk and can lose all value. You use Listpad and act on any information at your own risk. Always do your own research.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listpad will not be liable for any loss, damage, scam, rug pull, failed transaction, wrong purchase, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information shown. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Listpad harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service or any account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
