Payment & Refund Policy
This policy applies to Listpad’s paid services — Boost, Sponsor / Promote, and Verification (Audit / KYC badges). By purchasing any of these you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.
1. What you’re buying
- Boost — increased visibility for a token (top of listings, the boosted rail/ticker, and a flame badge) for the duration you select.
- Sponsor / Promote — a sponsored placement shown across the Service for the period you purchase.
- Verification — review of audit and/or KYC proof you submit and, if approved, an Audited / KYC badge on your token page.
These are visibility and information services only. They are not an endorsement, a guarantee of safety, or financial advice, and they do not guarantee any price, volume, holders, listing elsewhere, or any other result.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown at the time of purchase. Payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDC / USDT) on the chains we support. You must send the exact amount shown, from a wallet you control, in a single transfer. The cents in the amount identify your order — sending a different amount, the wrong token, the wrong chain, or paying from an exchange that deducts fees may delay or prevent automatic confirmation.
3. Activation & delivery
Paid services are digital and are delivered/activated automatically once your on-chain payment is confirmed — usually within minutes. Verification is delivered after we review your submitted proof. Service duration starts at activation.
4. All sales are final — no refunds
Because payments are made in cryptocurrency (which is irreversible) and the services are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once a service has been activated. By paying, you waive any right to a refund to the extent permitted by law.
5. Overpayments & mistaken payments
If you send the wrong amount, the wrong token, or pay after a window has expired, the service may not auto-activate. Contact us at hello@listpad.xyz with your transaction hash and we’ll try to resolve it manually — but we cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent incorrectly.
6. No guarantee of results
Buying a Boost, Sponsor placement, or Verification does not guarantee any financial outcome, trading activity, ranking on other platforms, or that your token will succeed. Visibility is not an endorsement and is never financial advice. See our Disclaimer.
7. Our right to decline or remove
We may decline, pause, or remove any paid placement — even after payment — if the token or content appears to be a scam, illegal, misleading, harmful, or in breach of our Terms. Where we remove a paid service due to our own clear error (and not your breach), we may, at our discretion, offer a credit or pro-rata resolution. Verification badges may be revoked if proof is later found to be false.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase in your jurisdiction.
